Shoot Like A Girl.

Growing up in the Queen City of Helena, Kelsey developed a love for the Great State of Montana. Kelsey chose to attend The University of Montana in Missoula. While there, she tried many new things like kayaking, rock climbing, half-marathon running, and even slacklining. After graduating with Honors from The University and the Davidson Honors College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, she currently daylights as a Certified Public Accountant.

While she tends to favor the left side of her brain, she also needs a creative outlet. Her love for photography developed further after studying film photography in college. She was a member of the Griz Cheer Squad for three years, which taught her how to fly high and flip fast in front of 25,000 fans. She's no stranger to the spotlight, but also thrives behind the scenes -- peering through her camera lens.

Kelsey loves visiting the United Kingdom, following FCS college football, scrapbooking, hiking, and volunteering. She considers candy a food group and adores dogs of all shapes and sizes. She is passionate about organization, traveling, and thrift store shopping.

Kelsey's shooting style is more linear, with clean lines and focused subjects. She tends to avoid heavy digital manipulation, as she prefers to set up her shots and do the work in the camera itself. Kelsey constantly pushes her boundaries and creative limits by altering her style and using more artistic and abstract methods.

"Photography is a wonderful way of celebrating what I have, dreaming of what could be, and healing, while coming to terms with what might never be."
